Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request supporting photographs to assist with our investigation.

If approved, we may offer:

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Corkoria will cover reasonable replacement or refund costs where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing or shipment has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
